I like it because it works immediately. I don't like creepy crawlies and this product makes them leave. They will come out of the woodworks, get ready. When you're in any type of shared space such as apartment or rooms etc. you can be subject to pests. I followed the instructions and mixed with water for spraying also. I also didn't sweep it or mop it up for weeks. I mopped and replaced. I can't go without it for peace of mind. It is also suppose to be safe for plants and pets but read and do your own research. I'm happy! I shared it and these were an are the results. The only negative is the flying things flies and fruit gnats don't seem to be affected
