Doesn’t work, don’t waste your money
If I could give this zero stars, I would. It worked 2.5 times out of the two weeks I tried using it. And by worked, I mean would play for a few minutes then cut out. I was so excited to use this for my morning swims. They play music at the pool I swim at, but depending on the lifeguard on duty, it’s not always loud enough to hear or my taste in music. I was really bummed it didn’t work and it was more frustrating to have than not have. It wasted the short time I have to myself in the morning to swim trying to get it to stay paired to my device, start, and continue working after it cut out.

Need more development
Waterfi LLC,Thank you for sending an additional unit of your product after the first Waterfi did not connect with my 1Watch3. I agreed to try the product since swimming ¾ of a mile can be very boring. However, I must admit that my first impression was less than positive. When your required communication is over a chat line versus person to person telephone conversation, I think of you more of a start up than a developed company. The problems with your second unit were as follows:1) The iwatch 3 did not fit smoothly over the rails to slide into your Bluetooth mechanism.2) The ear seal established with the earphone only lasted about 25 laps.3) The interface between the unit and my iwatch was questionable because when I was listening to the music, it shut off my lap counter and timer on the iwatch.4) It was cumbersome to operate and required me to enter my pass code on the iwatch whenever I activated the music or the “pool lap” swim.I think you have a good idea but I would gladly pay double for your product if you could do the following:1) Develop earphones (similar to Apple airpods) that could wirelessly link the iwatch to the earphones.2) Enhance the seal of the earphones with no leaks to be used in the water.I have returned the first product to you and the other I have returned through Amazon.Regards,Pat

Cheap quality. Not really working during swimming
Bad quality. The plastic is cheap, there is no back/forward buttons, and the worst - I can’t hear the music at all because water come into my ears no matter which adapter I’m using for the earbuds.

You may to experiment with different size earbuds to get a good seal. I think only way to listed to ...
I have been waiting a while to use this device before I gave my review. Its been about 3 months. I used to use the waterproof ipod (sadly they tend to stop working at about a year or so) The price went up most likely because Apple isn't making them any longer so I decided to buy this and an iwatch instead. This takes a little getting used to since it is a bit more bulky than the ipod. I used some waterproof headphones that I used on my other device so I had no water leakage issues into my ears. You may to experiment with different size earbuds to get a good seal. I think only way to listed to music is to use apple music playlist you can listen to offline so I made a playlist for just this purpose. It sinks up pretty good with the iwatch and the sound is fine since I am just using it to swim. I do prefer the water proof ipod but this works for what I need it to do till someone invents something better.
