I have a stationary bike that gets too little use but have had some success listening to my tablet while cycling so that I don't get bored. I just needed a mount to hold it in eye's view. My tablets are 7-8 inch models. The bottom grips are too far apart to securely hold the tablet vertically and the top, although adjustable doesn't come down far enough to reach a tablet placed horizontally. I put a rubber piece in the bottom to provide some security and that seems to work for the moment. There is a little jiggle, but it seems to stay on the handlebars with the provided strap.

Junk. If I could have given it less stars than one I would have. Bought this to hold a regular size cell phone while on a recumbant bike. It won't hold it! It won't tighten enough to stay still, let alone hold a basic phone. The strap to tighten it is crap - you can't pull it enough to tighten it, and if you pull to much it breaks like a fruit roll-up. Save your money and buy a decent one, this is junk.

I had a similar mount that worked OK, but only after I modified it with a strip of rubber to keep it from slipping. This comes with a molded rubber insert in the bracket housing AND a band of rubber that goes under the strap. It doesn’t budge, and it prevents from over tightening the ratcheted strap. The two arms that hold your devise use a locking lever, rather than a spring, so that it’s easier to use. It could be higher priced, and still worth it.

It was a good idea, but it is a poor design. I bought one and it was shipped to my house, but it was broken on arrival. I placed another order for a second one, but a few weeks of use and it broke in the same place as the last one. I will not buy another one until the design gets fixed. Other than it breaking in the same place, it would have been a great product. If you are going to use it a lot, I do not recommend this particular product.

cheaply made had to use q screw to keep connected. half the price of next best one. not sure if I would buy again.
