First of all, the overall packaging was nice; it all comes bundled in a little plastic container. I opened it up and there were no instructions on using the product. Luckily, I had to fix my lens in the past, so I knew. I went to use the prep pad and opened it, only to find it completely dried out. I ended up using glasses cleaner wipes I had on hand. Next, I wanted to add a little of the glue they provided to reinforce the hold of the lens, but after trying to get it out of the tube for a few minutes, I sliced the whole thing open to find that it was completely dried out. After installing the lens without the glue, it does work, but they need to work on the rest of the items offered and add some instructions for those who might not know what they are doing.
