Review: Sweet, Punchy and just what you need - i've tried lots of different brands for pre-workout but i've come back to ABE. It was the best flavour and felt the most effective and boosting my energy levels prior to a workout, and although it gives a bit of the "itch" (which i'm not a fan of usually) it's nowhere near as bad as some other competitior brands, and takes 15-20 mins to kick in by which time i'm at the gym, so the timing works well. I've tried the Paddy flavour (which is great) and the blue ice one, and recommend them both - as long as you like it sweet and punchy.

i've tried lots of different brands for pre-workout but i've come back to ABE. It was the best flavour and felt the most effective and boosting my energy levels prior to a workout, and although it gives a bit of the "itch" (which i'm not a fan of usually) it's nowhere near as bad as some other competitior brands, and takes 15-20 mins to kick in by which time i'm at the gym, so the timing works well. I've tried the Paddy flavour (which is great) and the blue ice one, and recommend them both - as long as you like it sweet and punchy.
