Any bigger than a size 8 women’s tho, I would get the next size up. It has great compression and the combo of compression with cold, wraps around the ankle perfectly. I can see definite improvement from just the very first time using and I want to keep it up. If anything, I would suggest buying 2 so that one is freezing, while you use the other. It does only keep the cold temp for about 20 minutes. But that’s about right, then I refreeze and do it again.
