I bought these as replacement air filters for my Honda HRX217 mower. They fit well and form a nice seal. There is a little gasketing rubber in the filter material on the edges, but I don't see that a big hindrance to the lifespan of the filter.

I was having trouble finding the right filter so was a tad sceptical but it fitted accurately and securely. Note that old ones may not look clogged but they may well be! Change the filter regularly to be sure, to be sure, to be sure!
