Why does the camera with a solar panel still not last long enough?

1.Charge fully before first use 2.Keep the solar panel out of shade. Get at least 2 hours of direct sun daily 3.Too many detections may drain battery. Adjust the PIR sensitivity If you still have problems,we’ll help you fix it

Does this camera work with 5GHz Wi-Fi?

No. The camera only works with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. If your router has both 2.4GHz and 5GHz, connect the camera to the 2.4GHz network during setup.

Can I watch videos, or only see pictures?

To watch videos, just set up your free 6-second cloud storage or insert a Micro SD card to record locally. Note: The camera cannot record video all day. If you need that, please buy the AOV version.

Is this wireless camera easy to connect?

It uses simple Bluetooth pairing. Three steps to install — fast and easy.

What should I do if the camera keeps turning on and off by itself?

1.When the battery is low, the camera may go to sleep or restart on its own. 2.Reset the camera through the app and update it to the latest firmware 3.Still have problems? Get help via Amazon, website, or phone
