I adore this product! Fresh pasta is so much better than store bought. Only downside (for me) is the fact that the pieces that create the thinner pastas (white pieces) are so hard to clean. Another is the grip. There are screws in it that make it slightly painful to hold.

This item did not feel as if it was made for any serious usage in the kitchen;I almost wonder if it was not originally designed for arts & crafts such as light clay or such.First off, the handle feels like it's going to break apart when you are holding it and extruding pasta. The crank is very difficult to turn even after I watered down my pasta dough as much as I could without making it runny. Noodles come out very rough looking and unappealing.Clean-up is terrible...you have to use a toothpick to pick out every last bit of dough that sticks in the holes on the various plates. I made three different batches of noodles using a different plate and dough recipe and knew in short order this will not hold up over time and it makes pasta making far more difficult and time-consuming than you would ever imagine.I returned it for a refund.

Fun and easy to use! Very useful

After several times use, the bottom plastic ring came off while turning the handle. The screws are not stainless Steel. The quality is not for food maker!
