Pretty good supplement
My horse eats this stuff up no problem, and does seem to be moving a bit better after about 2 months. I did receive one container which was broken open in the box, but the exchange process was hassle free. Overall, this stuff is pretty good, but it is quite expensive and the powder is very fine which makes me wonder if my horse actually gets it all. I think I will try the pelleted form instead in the future.

THE RIGHT TOOL FOR THE JOB
This supplement was recommended by a vet at the University of Tennessee vet school in Knoxville where I took my horse for a lameness workup. He has some arthritis in his hock and this product was prescribed. He has shown some improvement which he wouldn't have done if he refused to eat it but he loves the molasses flavor and licks up every particle.

Amount given
This is a supplement my horse will actually eat, however, it’s hard to know if it’s effective. The loading dose is the same as the daily amount given to active horses, making it not only costly but sometimes more than a horse wants to eat in one meal.

FABULOUS results in my 17 year old Friesian! Wish I had started him on it much sooner and will definitely keep him on it. Excellent product!
