Holy Moly my back fat and stomach fat is disappearing!
I have heard people say Pilates doesn't work and some say it does, so I was skeptical buying this dvd. However, I did. I have to say I am so impressed with what Pilates has personally done for me. My back fat has went down so much. I would do cardio and strength training but never got rid of the back fat. It left me more of a skinny fat. But now, My stomach fat is disappearing. My lower abs is getting flatter. I do have a very good diet plan so both combined have been effective. My posture is changing. I plan to buy more. I still can't believe how much change I have gotten in my torso and back. Wow! I can't believe this is my body. Definitely worth trying out!

This is a real core workout
I highly recommend this video. I have been doing Pilates for 20 years. I wanted to switch up my routine. This dvd did the trick! The moves are advanced and choreographed at a very high pace. I recommend this for people ready to move from intermediary to advanced or for the advanced. To make the most of the dvd it would be best to really feel comfortable with a variety of Pilates moves. Not only are multiple moves combined, at a very quick pace, the moves are challenging. A strong core will get you through the dvd. If you are challenging yourself by trying the next level, this is it. If you are advanced in Pilates, you will still enjoy this dvd. You will feel proud to be able to keep up with this workout !

Nice Ab workout!
This dvd contains two approximately 20 minute ab routines (along with another downloadable short workout that I have not yet tried.) I purchased this because I have some knee issues, and was hoping that this would be gentler on my knees than traditional ab dvd's, which it was. Pilates was recommended by my physical therapist in fact. I can do almost all of the workout(s), excluding maybe a move or two. I really enjoy this, and definitely recommend it!

Enjoyable & Beneficial
Very good video.I enjoy the variety of exercises and in one of the 2 programs there is a second and even third person who provide examples to follow for those beginners who can't complete the main exercise as it it given. Each of the programs is 20 minutes long so it isn't an unreasonable amount of time to devote to getting in shape. I usually do the exercises 2 or 3 times per week and find they help.

great variety- great workout!
I have about 7 pilates videos between Mari and Ana Caban and wanted something more, something different. This DVD is it! I was afraid it would be just like her other pilates ab videos but Mari is able to mix this up a bit so I didn't feel like I was doing the same thing over again. I have been doing pilates for 7+ years all at home and would consider myself intermediate level- this was great. I love that there are two different workouts on one DVD (very disappointed in videos where there is only one workout). If you are just starting off it may be a tad difficult for you, but well worth it. Definitely would recommend!!

Great!
This workout is amazing! I started with the Gaiam Hessel/Caban videos, and I was looking for something different. This is very challenging, but after only two weeks (4x per week), I began to see results. I am in my 40s. Exercises are modified if you are a beginner.

Love it
I have the older abs DVD from Winsor Pilates, but somehow I can't find it. I decided to give this a try after reading many positive reviews. It has two workouts. One is more similar to the old DVD (I like that one better!). But they are both good. I have a baby so I can't usually do more than 20 minutes before I have other things to tend to, so I like how it is 2 separate 20 min workouts. I alternate this with Mari Winsor Lower Body Pilates

Great Abs Workout
I bought the DVD to add a little variety to my workouts and I love it! I have been doing this DVD a 2-3 times a week for about 6 weeks and I can see a noticible difference. I started seeing changes at about 3-4 weeks. I've noticed my abs are flatter, and my legs are more toned, I have lost inches in my waist and I have more energy. My jeans are looser too! And Mari Winsor is a really good instructor. Definitely a good DVD!Also, I've been doing pilates for around 5 years now and for me, this DVD is fun and definitely challanging.
