What I expected
No problems installing this. Good build, everything fits and is solid. Even comes with extra screws. Make sure you keep track of which screw goes where, it's very easy to mix them up when you're in a hurry.My only problem with it: dried glue is visible around the edges of the screen cover (the front cover is not seamless around the screen). Your mileage may vary.

Pretty nice looks great
Fit well, some trouble with analog stick not registering correctly and the buttons. Overall a very quality replacement, has all the same physical textures and logos. The buttons that came with the kit didn't fit as well as the stock buttons and the d-pad didn't work reliably at all. The included screws and screw driver worked very well.

Better than the stock piano black sony psp case!
Case arrived in about 2 weeks from overseas and was worth the wait. I bought a scratched and dirty psp from the flea market that was missing the thumbstick and this case made it look brand new and cooler than the stock black psp case. Instructions were on a website instead of printed with the case, my only complaint. I have 2 videos on youtube showing the installation of this case under the username 302rell, check it out! I sold the psp for triple what I paid at the flea market!

looks nice but if you aren't hacking you psp it won't work!!!
well i opened it up and i spent maybe an hours or so changing all the parts. IT LOOKS AWESOME!!! but guess what? it doesn't play very well... the d-pad click if you move it to the right and it has a very difficult time going in diagonals. the square button also has to be crammed down for it to register as well. the umd door also doesn't fit right. if you hacked your psp and don't use your umd drive then this will work... but if you use the umd, the door will cram the drive so hard that drive won't work anymore. i had to buy a separate factory black door for it to work.

this product was amazing put it all together with the instructions given and it worked perfectly brand new psp anyone who says it does not work is just to stupid or doesnt have enough common sense to put something together with step by step instructions (simple ones at that lol)
