BLUETOOTH CONNECTION PROCESS When using both earbuds please make sure to pair them to each other (instructions down below) then to your bluetooth device!!! Single Earpiece Pairing: 1) Hold the power button of the earphone until the led flash in blue and red alternately, now it is ready to pair. 2) Have BLUETOOTH turned on, then on your phone choose "HBQ-i7TWS" on your list, there would be reminding voice from the earphone saying "CONNECTED". Now you can enjoy music, videos, or making calls. Double Earpiece Pairing: 1) Long press the power button of the pair of earphones at the same time until the led flash in blue and red alternately. 2) Double click either side to enter pairing mode. There will be a reminding voice " Ready to Pair." 3) Turn on the "Bluetooth" on your Phone and choose "HBQ-i7TWS" on your list. 4) The led flash will be slowly in blue when connected.
