If you look at any batch of reviews for any nut, or any seed, somewhere in there you're bound to see a review where someone found a bug. Or a rock. Or swears there was a funny smell. Naturally, and because this is a natural and organic product, that sort of thing should be like 1-2% expected, because it's part of the deal you as the consumer make with whole, organic foods. Gladly, however, I haven't experienced anything with Braga's almonds other than a bag of delish almonds with their integrity intact. Nothing off, no broken or smashed pieces, no torn bags, nothing out of the ordinary. No bugs (I check). Full disclosure: I haven't had to contact customer service yet for anything.
