MerrellMen's Moab 3 GTX Hiking Shoe

100% product and service - true to size, I'm a female with wide fitting foot, I bought the size up to fit merino socks but only needed to go a half size up.

I’ve got long toes so usually need wide fit as sometimes find designs too narrow so was nervous of buying without trying first. I’m a women but thought would try a men’s shoe as thought would be wider in its design than a women’s so reduce the risk. I’m a size 7, usually go up a size to a size 8 for trainers and walking shoes, but based on reviews read went for a size 8.5. Was nervous went too big but when laced well they fit good with enough room. Waterproof.

First time using this brand. Took them on 2 different hundreds of kilometres long hikes, including lots of rain, and they delivered fully. So much so that I bought another pair for when these reach the end of their life (not even close at this point).

I've worn Merrels for years and they've always been comfortable. This pair has a very strange sole where there is extra padding right on the ball of your foot that lifts it up leaving the gap between the ball of your foot and end of toes unsupported. I'm not sure this is intentional or a manufacturing fault but it makes the shoes very uncomfortable. They are unwearable.

La MOAB 3 présente un excellent confort du chaussant, le système de laçage est pratique, mais ce qui est le plus appréciable est son confort et sa légèreté lors de marches/randos, grâce à la semelle vibram et son ergonomie. On peut marcher des heures sans avoir mal aux pieds!Le fait que ce modèle soit en groe-tex permet son utilisation par tous temps, toute l'année!

Vormt goed rond de voet. Nergens geen onnodige drukpunten tijdens het wandelen. Doet het goed op verschillende terreinen.

Ottimo grip e calzata. Consiglio di prendere un numero in più rispetto a quello di calzata quotidiana.

Conformes à la description. Je les utilise sur chemin accidenté et je suis vraiment à l'aise. Pas besoin de la taille au-dessus, elles sont parfaitement adaptées à ma pointure. Elles ne prennent pas l'eau quand je passe les ruisseaux. Le seul petit bémol vient des lacets qui se relâchent très facilement s'ils ne sont pas serrés à bloc mais sinon c'est tout bon.
