VINES (TM) Contemporary Kitchen Sink Faucet Single Handle Pull Down Pre-Rinse Spring with Swivel Spouts Chrome

The faucet works great, but I had some difficulty installing it.First off, the faucet is huge! Look closely at the dimensions, it was bigger than I was expecting. But that's good for me, it reaches all corners of my sink with ease. The pressure on the sprayer is fantastic. The only flaw with the construction that I've found is the set screw that holds the sprayer from moving side to side doesn't work. Not a problem for me, since I prefer to move it around anyway.The hoses that attach to the faucet that go to the water supply were not the correct size for my 3/8" water shut off valves. The hoses are 1/2" and neither Lowes or Home depot carried an adapter that would work. The guy at Lowes told me that nobody makes faucets or shut off valves with 1/2" connectors, so apparently this thing is kinda unique. The only way I found to attach the faucet was to add an additional hose in line with the faucet hose (for both hot and cold) to act as an adapter between the faucet hose and water shut off valve. I connected the faucet hose to the "adapter" hose using a standard 1/2" pipe nipple. If you can get the correct parts, then you shouldn't have a hard time installing it.Once I got it installed, it's worked great. I've been using it for one month so far with no problems. 4/5 would recommend.

This is a Really crapy cheap faucet. You get what you pay for !!! DO NOT BUY will not hold up under normal use. Arm that holds sprayer is loose and wobbly and does not stay tight. Cheap threads an plastic strip quickly. small plastic button emblem on front of small faucet knob fell off and would not stay tight. Leaked at sprayer coupling soon after install and use for short time. Do yourself a favor stick to American Standard, Delta or Kohler and you will get what you pay for. I am so sorry I purchased this. It looked sunning in the box and looked great installed but it performed horrible after only a few weeks. The greatest insult was the sprayer black plastic nozzle cracked and fell out and made a mess trying to use sprayer thereafter. I purchased a new American Standard unit similar and payed $129 and it works flawless. I removed this piece of crap and threw it away. I would not even give it away free to someone because it is such a piece of junk. Regret my purchase and experience with this poorly made product. Buyer beware on this one.

FYY, has 1/2" water supply fittings. Water supply hoses way too short. Needed extensions. Has a slow drip from the spout after shutting of the water. The main housing is heavy steel but the spray head feels light weight, all plastic. As far as the drip, maybe I got a bad one. Hope this helps.

The look is amazing but it’s functionality has let me eat it at 3. It’s takes soooo long to fill up a teapot. And if u pull on the hose gently it kinks and your water flow is restricted immensely

JB Weld is what you need for this product. Most parts did not fit within the Faucet. We had to JB Weld the parts just to keep them from coming apart. Then when we did get it to stay together and hooked up the water, it sprayed sideways and got us wet instead of down into the sink. We also had to buy a brace to help hold the faucet still because the base was so loose. By that time, we were sure the warranty would not be valid because of all the modifications we had to make on this product just to make it work. Now it does.

The bronze bushing that holds the main body to the sink was undersized and while it would engage the threads in the main body it was a tenuous engagement. The main body will easily pull free of the threads. I wish it had worked as I liked it after it was installed. Unfortunately I waited too long to attempt installation and return was no longer possible. I recommend not ordering until ready to use and then attempt installation immediately as if all parts do not work properly you end up with a pile of useless parts rather than a nice faucet.

Costly waste of time for me as a professional... Female threads for supply hose connection defective ..machined larger than hose threads. Same problem with the body of this unit. The female threads larger than the threads on the barrel portion that mounts this unit to the sink... The fixture dropped into the sink and dented it....

This product is nice looking. But the manufacturing of this product is not designed for a normal household kitchen. The faucet is not machined right the brass fitting that goes on the bottom of the faucet. Will not thghten up to the sink. The pieces that go together seems like the are not made for each other. When i got the first one there where missing parts and the second one will not tighten up to the sink. So with Christmas just days away. I have a kitchen sink with no faucet. What an inconvenience that this company put me in.
