KelMar DCA101-Dual Clean Advantage Portable Golf Ball Washer and Club Head Cleaner

Since the covid junk a lot of the golf courses stopped using ball washers so this is a decent substitute. Three of us used this today and it held up fine. Filled it up one time and it attached pretty easy. You have to be kind of gentle with it because it is plastic. For $60 I hope it lasts at least 2-3 years but we'll see. I included a few pics of the rear side because it wasn't very clear in the advertisement pics.

Works. Plastic & not durable.

The opening to insert a golf club is so small that only blade golf clubs will fit. This wouldn't be such an issue if there were bristles as on a hairbrush, but these are hard tynes like on a comb and won't bend. From the pictures, you can see the small opening as compared to modern golf clubs. The one displayed is a Titleist T300.I received this as a Xmas gift and naturally, due to weather it was not really usable until March when I discovered its defective design.This seller refuses to give a refund because it was after the 30 day window, even though I explained that it was a Christmas gift.

Ball washer mounts to 1”x1” square tube like the material around carts windshield. I opted to mount the washer to rear of cart. I did not want a large unit because I have a shoe holder on back. This unit is small and compact. I will agree with other reviews this washer is not large enough to get over size clubs in it like woods and hybrids. But it cleans the balls quite well. The mounting bracket is plastic and could slide around abit . I screwed the unit to a 1”x1” tube I bought at Lowe’s it is permanently mounted . Very secure now. Very happy with it. I have used it for 1.5 yrs 4-5 x week with no problems. If your looking for a compact ball washer I would buy it again.

Very flimsy. One of the tabs was broken when we got it. Will not stand up long. Cannot get club heads in to clean.

This is another example of the photograph being misleading. Product is much smaller than the photo would lead you to believe. It’s almost a toy version of what you think it would be and not worth the cost. That being said there are no options I could find that are cheaper alternatives to the professional golf ball washers which can run as much as $300.00.
