Strong resistance
It has a very good thickness and resistance. It is a little too big but still very good. I have had it for multiple years and it is just now starting to crack.

Good resistance band for warmup purpose
I use this resistance band for shoulder warmup. It is affordable and made of high quality rubber band. I have no allergy to it and it has no odor. The black one looks great. It is light-weight and easy to put into my bag. It increases workout effectiveness by reducing injuries.

This is thick. It's not a flimsy band. The band resistance is a little stronger than I'd expected. It's durable and I'm sure will last as long as I need it. Great value for the price.

Too thin for pull ups and dips
Bought it to help with pull-ups and dips, too thin to put body weight on it, ended up using it for all more due to its versatility.

Slippery
The band is fine but I find it slippery. Like it is hard to grip on it because of how smooth it is. Most of the other bands I have are more grippy feeling but this one is so smooth my hands slide on it quite alot. Durability seems good.
