Scottish Tartan Garter Set, hand-crafted by Pikes Peak Creations. This set will be made to order, so please check our shop announcements for our current processing times. The keepsake garter includes gorgeous vintage white floral lace, your choice of tartan ribbon, and a gorgeous heart and flower charm. The toss garter is made of matching ribbon. Both garters are trimmed out with a pretty tartan bow. The set will come in an organza gift bag. These garters will be made to order according to the measurements you provide. When choosing your size, please measure your leg at the place you plan to wear the keepsake garter (usually about 4" above the knee - but it can be worn wherever you prefer). Do NOT make any deductions or adjustments to that number. I will make the adjustments at my end to ensure a comfy fit.
