Only good for kid size cups.. Im talking a thin sippy cup or those cheap paper cups you might get in a office.. Personally when I think "Coffee Cup" im thinking its big enough for a mug... Especially when "Mug" is in the title... A mason jar wouldnt even fit inside of it for reference..It DOES fit the press board desk. And I imagine once its in there it would hold the cup pretty sturdy.. so maybe for kids.You will have to pay return shipping if it wont work for you. I guess we'll be using it as a chip clip or looking for a tiny cup we can put in it to hold pencils.

Does not work with a soda can or bottled water. Hole is to small. Worthless for me.
