I can see my teeth a bit whiter but not massive difference. It’s super minty so i like to brush my teary after having door with it of before bed. I use my other one for when getting up as the mint is super fresh and last for over an hour so it’s not for brush your teeth, get in the shower routine unless you don’t have breakfast for a couple of hours.
