This has really helped get my diet going.If you take this be aware of a fee things:You will go number 2 and for a day or two it maybe uncomfortable but after that it's fine. I have had issues with sleep so if you are sensitive to that avoid the last pink pill at night. Lastly, drink lots of water! These dehydrated me quite a bit, I keep a 48 oz of bottle with me at all times now.All in all, I feel like I'm eating less, drinking so much more water and enjoying these.
