Amazing!
This product has all the benefits that I didn't know I needed. I have IBS (pause, lol) which generally have me back up for a few days. The medicine my doctors gave to deal with it doesn't work and for year's I've been prescribed them. I ordered this to deal to help with sleeping and not only did it worked and my sleep was deep. Sound and restful, but I went to the bathroom 3 times in one day, generally due to my IBS it takes a few days, but since using this my IBS is gone, I am well rested, focus and full of energy. Also have wonderful dreams ✨️ ❤️.

Take a chance
Believe the hype! I suffer from spells of insomnia and mind racing so my sleep quality whenever I was able to sleep was still poor. Since taking this product I’ve been able to fall asleep stay asleep for a consistent 8 hours. While it has made me sleep in some mornings even forcing myself up I didn’t have the daze or fog that I seem to get with prescribed sleeping medication which was a big plus for me. Highly recommend trying this product.
