I am rating the quality of this book and not the content.The book looks like it was kept in some damp store as the pages are in vintage orange and spotty all over.On holding it, I felt like the book was printed about 20 years ago. Very disappointed with the quality.

Great source for aspiring leaders. Many of these techniques are ingredient in Indian way of management with much details and practices.

This book is a very good book for leadership developement. Must buy purchase and suggest to any of your friends.

Liked the book for two reasons: (1) Overall, well researched content. Spiced up with relevant deeds from historical figures. (2) Expressed coaching as an inevitable element for leadership growth. Liked that. Would have rated it five stars, but the last two chapters were tough read and not impressive.

book itself was okaywhat was annoying was how all the pages were stuck together on the top... some also on the bottom and at least once where the actual page was stuck together and ripped trying to separate it.
