Love it. It makes lovely coffee, good beans are essential of course, but each cup I've made is spot on! Good that it allows you to save your favourite setting, for example I have my morning cappuccino set as XL size, strength 3, so at a push of a button that's exactly what I get. Others in my house have their own favourites saved too. It cleans itself after each use which preserves the quality and prevents any residue build up and it reminds you to clean the milk carafe regularly. One irk though is that it doesn't tell you the beans need refilling so you sometimes get a very weak drink, you have to remember to check the bean compartment regularly. This is surprising as it tells you everything else, maybe it's just a fault with mine? Anyway I can live with it.

Have been using this for a while now and can really recommend it. Our last De' Longhi bean to cup machine lasted 10 years, so I'm hoping this proves equally reliable. In terms of functionality this is spot on. The small LCD colour display is really useful, and much better than the indicator lights on many other models.. The coffee brewing quality is really good, and the milk carafe for lattes and cappuccinos is really easy to use and store in the fridge (although you should clean it every day to prevent any milk residue build up). Although moderately expensive, if you drink a lot of coffee you'll get value for money from the machine very quickly (especially when you think they charge £4-5 for a decent coffee in coffee shops these days).

After being initially very happy with the machine, its prompt delivery and the coffee quality, it suddenly started brewing less coffee per unit. After just about 5 months. I contacted the delonghi support team via phone and after troubleshooting together, they confirmed the machine needs to be sent in for repair. Needless to say that giving up your fairly new coffee machine that cost a good amount of money for up to 20 business days (according to them) is not exactly thrilling. What is even less thrilling though is that I haven’t heard back from the support team for almost 10 days now after providing them with the initial requested information, despite following up a few times. Very upsetting and definitely leaves me wondering if delonghi is worth the money

Got a great value deal by buying at Prime week and taking out the Amazon Barclaycard. Great coffee maker, has a reasonably good selection of options for pre set drinks a well as offering personalised settings. Also allows some adjustments as you go. Easy to set up and use. Some reviews say drinks aren’t hot enough. So I was a little hesitant as I like my coffee hot. Coffee from this machine is scalding hot so I’m not sure what people were doing wrong. Others have mentioned leakage. Well, it’s been a few weeks and no sign of that. I live in a very hard water area so a filter is essential. The machine actually comes with one supplied so that was good too.

Really enjoy this machine . Coffee taste good, cleaning is easy, does however take a while to dial in. I used 20 shots and a lot of coffee to get it right but now that it's there, I'm happy. Beans that are medium dark work best as they grind easier and put less stress on the grinder. Avoid oily beans.

This is my first automatic coffee machine, and I’m genuinely impressed. The Magnifica Evo Next comes in a complete package: inside I found the water filter, a pH test strip, the measuring spoon for ground coffee, and the steam nozzle. The materials are mostly plastic—solid and well put together, though not exactly premium. I bought it on sale, and for the price, it offers a lot. The coffee tastes great, with a rich flavor and nice crema, and it’s all very easy to make. The control panel is intuitive, and it only takes a few taps to prepare drinks. There are plenty of beverage options, and you can even set up individual profiles, which is handy if everyone at home has different preferences. A big plus for me is the option to use pre-ground coffee instead of beans, perfect for trying different blends or making decaf. The automatic cleaning system works fine, though it’s a bit annoying having to leave a cup under the spout every time the machine turns on or off. As for the downsides, the manual is rather lacking—I had to look online to figure out how to use ground coffee. It’s also quite noisy, something you really notice early in the morning. It seems to use more coffee than I expected, but that’s probably just me being overly enthusiastic in the first week. Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase: it brews great coffee, it’s easy to use, and it includes everything you need to get started at a very fair price.

​I upgraded to the De'Longhi Magnifica Evo Next from an old Tassimo pod machine, and the difference is night and day. I absolutely love my coffee, and this machine makes an amazingly nice brew. Honestly, once you find the right beans to suit your taste, it easily beats a lot of high street coffee shops. ​Beyond the superior coffee, the extra features are brilliant. The hot water function is ideal for quickly making a single cup of tea, and the hot milk option is perfect for making a rich hot chocolate. I use this machine every single day, and it's already saving me a massive amount of money compared to buying pods. An incredible investment!

Wow! After years of using the DeLonghi Dedica machine it had started the leak so I thought about upgrading to a machine that could grind it's own beans. I stuck with DeLonghi as despite the recent leak, it had been used daily for years and had been reliable: the coffee in that machine was acceptable at best. I chose the Magnifica Evo Extra as it sounded easy to use and the thought of freshly ground coffee at the touch of a button was just what I was looking for. I researched coffee beans and was lucky enough to find a proper coffee beans supplier 2 miles from home. It turned up and after watching a few YouTube videos on 'How to' it was set up and the first coffees were being made. I chose Cappuccino XL, Bean level 3. The first thing is the kitchen now smells like a proper coffee shop, love it. Then it made my coffee and I sat down to enjoy it. Well that was the last time I sat down for the next 2 hours. I was like flipping Norbot the demented gnome from Wallace and Grommit - absolutely wired and buzzing. I cleaned my entire kitchen, scrubbed the oven and even cleaned the toaster until it was like new. Baked two cakes, made tea and even offered to clean the car. The car!? Never in 5 years have I done that. I love my new machine, it works great, the coffees are fab and I would highly recommend it. The tweaks are endless to get your perfect cup. I will be setting my Bean Level to 1 from now on...
