Previous reviewers complained that it takes more than a "tap" to turn the lamp on, off, or to change colors. That's an undestatement. A good solid "rap" is more accurate and even that is inconsistent. Also, I NEVER see the yellow color, only the bright white and the dimmed white.The instruction pamphlet is written in broken English: "The faint red light inside the moon lamp will be lighted during charge (NEVER HAPPENED)..... it would be specially mentioned that the light can not work in a charge state." (WHAT!!??) How much would it have cost to have even a barely-competent English proofreader? Overall, a cheesy product cheaply made overseas.PS: Thanks go to Amazon for refunding full price; they live up to their guarantee for third party sellers.

We got this for our kids’ room as a night light. They LOVE it! I have been more impressed with it than I expected. The battery on the low light setting (which is still bright enough) has lasted for a few nights. I thought I’d have to leave it plugged in all the time to last through the night but so far I just charge it for a little while during the day. I feel like this will make it less likely that my boys will break it. We are all very happy with this purchase.

I really love this. I work at night, and I like to have "low light" in my room on my nights off. this gives off enough light to function and a calming atmosphere. detail is great and all three light settings are great. the battery life is long, and it charges fairly quick.

Bought this as a gift for my handsome stud muffin. He loves it. It's quite pretty, a great size, great quality, charges well, and lasts for a while. It easily changes color with a brisk tap. I had bought a similar product from another seller and for any color change it has to Hulk-smashed multiple times on the nearest hard surface and showered in profane threats, so the quality of Arc and Ivy's product is very much appreciated and enjoyed.

So..I will say compared to the other lamps it's more economical..with the caveat that is doesn't have (at least not mine) 3 color levels. I get the brightest, down a level or off. I got it yesterday, let it charge overnight and only get the 2 levels. This is disappointing as I really wanted the brownish moon glow as indicated in the description. It's still nice, just not what I thought I was getting. Make sure you look at the lamps that say 3D printing. They seem to look more like what I was expecting.

It worked when we got it, then after charging Katie like it said, they Yellow never worked again. Tap1 is White, Tap2 is dimmer white, Tap3 should be Yellow but it’s just off, and Tap4 stays off still.I chose this specifically for their apparent quality, but the instructions are poorly translated, even for Google. And the Yellow color never worked again.

Purchased in July 2018 and one month later the charging port fell out. It worked for a while with it plugged in but now it dosen't work at all. Not worth it.

The only comment I have is that it is not easy to turn on. It says you tap it, but it's more like smack it hard. In the right spot. I fear it may wear out soon. Other than that we love it!!!!
