Eh just OK. It's better than no insert, but not by a lot, There are better products out there. No hard enough and not enough support. Also I had to cut the sides because they were too wide.

Very happy the arch is perfect I have flat feet do to not wearing shoes inside the house with hard wood floors. I bought some before from a different vendor but I can fell the difference very happy good price

Doesn't last long, just used less than a week and it becomes soft and i could barely feel it.
