The real deal: fiery pepper with that certain flavor
A bit pricey for sure, but these are my favorite peppers. Just three or four spice up anything from a pasta dish (of course) to a satisfying Thai Red Curry dish. I also like that these chili peppers are conserved in olive oil. I use the VERY SPICY oil separately to make anything from fiery omelettes to stir fry that "burns twice" (once on the way in, once the next day).
