I finally decided to go to dr after dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a few months. The dr explained that my posture is not good and that is the root cause of the pain.I found this posture correction on Amazon and decided to give it a try.The product is easy to use and it comes with a small manual that shows how to use it properly.It is easy to adjust and it immediately fixes your posture. It is comfortable and affordable. If you are spending 8-10 hrs in front of computer consider to get one and avoid spending so much money later on physical therapist and chiropractors.

Had to return as it said xl but didn't fit me and would has sqeezed me to death if hubby hadn't pulled it off my shouders as I couldn't reach back there to losen them.

it was too small to fit an 8 year old child. I had to return it. I could not find a way to make it larger even tho they say it will fit anyone.

didn't really align my upper back but did make me more aware and I would make a conscious effort to do it myself. I also had to pull the straps so tight that it would dig into my armpits and cut off circulation

Way too bulky for a small frame. I couldn't get it to tighten properly and so it didn't feel like it was doing it's job. It may work better from someone with a larger frame.
