Its OK, not all that helpful;. Difficult to get on alone as the Velcro straps stick together behind you & you're struggling to grab on to them & pull them around front. I have only had the product for five days, but it is doing what I had hoped. I have scoliosis and felt that if I had something that would help me keep my posture erect that it would help with back pain. So far, it seems to be helping. If I have a day when I am more physically active, I still experience the same level of back pain as I did before using the Corrure Posture Corrector. But on days when my physical activity is less, I have experienced less back pain.

this works well, is a little bit uncomfortable where it sits under the bust on women.

I ordered up a size, a little big, but I imagine the size lower would have been too tight.

I love the comfortable posture corrector because it's elastic and it fits me well. It doesn't strain my back or shoulders, I'm able to move around, but know when i need to keep my posture in place. Its great.
