Swiss Case 4 Wheel EZ2C 2Pc Suitcase Set Fluvo

Horrible quality - the suitcase broke open in the street the first day we used it - the wheels did not work at all. I travel a lot have bought many suitcases - this is the worst quality I've ever had though it was not the cheapest option. A great disappointed and a pain when you see all your belongings in the street.

The cases themselves look great and having the two sizes is ideal. The wheels unfortunately failed on the bigger case for me. The the plastic wore away on the first journey, which made dragging the case on the return journey a nightmare. Possibly a one off fault as the little case works well.

I was very disappointed my larger cases wheel fell off. I have had the case only for 1 year and used it twice.

Great for the price... very light , easily manoeuvrable, plenty of space and have just passed the test of 8 flights and safari coming through with just a few scratches.Comes with smaller case which is also excellent.The reason for giving 4 stars was the fact that no documents came with the delivery and it was dumped in the back garden over the fence without a note letting me know that it had been delivered.Don t mind the the fence part ( suitcases get thrown around anyway so good test) but at least leave a note and enclose some paperwork!Product excellent , delivery substandard.

I used the case for the first time 30 April 2015. When I arrived at my destination I noted that one of the wheels was missing, ah well blame the airline got a claim number. On the way back two more wheels snapped off and the zip is faulty. I then decided the case is useless. DO NOT BUY THIS CASE.

These cases are fantastic, the smaller of the two is perfect as an overnight case, possibly short weekend! The larger case is pretty big, wheels glide along very effortlessly! Unfortunately, on the way home from a trip to Barcelona, on its first use, one of the wheels on my larger case broke! I was not happy to say the least but I emailed Sports HQ with a description of the break and a couple of pictures and had a replacement within 48 hours, no questions asked! Fantastic and faultless service!!

Very disappointing product. Compared to other pieces of luggage I have owned, the case wheels are very stiff and difficult to push - even on a shiny airport floor. Also the cases are extremely easily marked - after one trip, my case looks as though it is 5 years old.
