Good for Remote Work
I use this headset for working remotely. This is my 2nd pair. The first one, a Gen 1, had the connection to the head band broke after many years of productive use. I took good care of it but I guess it requires more tlc. Anyway, I liked it so much that I replaced it with this gen2. The first one, I alternate between bluetooth and hard-wired. This second one, a Gen2, did not come with a hard-wire but the one for the Gen 1 works. I alternate between bluetooth and the dongle. Sometimes the dongle gets unpaired but it's not hard to re-pair it or I just go with the bluetooth and it never fails. It works a great distance from my laptop. People in my meetings say I sound crystal clear even when I am waaaay in my kitchen or bathroom. This is where the convenience of the built-in mute button comes into play. No more embarrassing "you're not on mute" comments. And I can hear the remote end very clearly. I use this for all day meetings and my head or ears never hurt.

Solid product - great value
This is a very light and comfortable headset. It is easy to connect and works well. It is not noise canceling, but I don’t need that where I work.

Great call center headset replacement
I love Jlab products & have 3 different types of earbuds from them. My workplace's standard issue wired headset was hitting a pressure point on my ears, and I hated being literally attached to my desk by it. So, I searched for a reasonably priced, wireless headset, with a mute button and a wireless USB C dongle - because my work computer blocks Bluetooth & I don't have access to unblock it. I decided to purchase this one. Works great! Clear sound & mic quality - even when I forget to bring my mic boom down, people can still hear me & I can move freely. Easy setup and the charge lasts at least up to 20 using hours (I forgot to charge it one night after work, and I work 10hr shifts). I've never heard it say it is about to disconnect, or have it die on me, and I've used it 4 days a week for 6 months now. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars, is the ear piece could be softer. I also wish it was bigger, but if I invested more, I could have gotten something with larger ear cups. They are still of good size though, and don't hit any pressure points. Another half a star because the mute button notification is finicky, sometimes works & says it is enabled, other times it doesn't but you are muted. Honestly, the light at the end of the mic goes red when it is muted, so if you are looking, you'll know when you're muted. Overall, great low budget option to replace the headset you get from your call center when hired. I would (and do!) suggest this set to anyone who works at a call center and takes calls all day long.

Mute unmute
Volume and mic are decent, mute indicator is helpful to keep a track of it in meetings when u are moving and not tied to desk. But this thing does not mute/unmute slack or ms teams even with a separate dongle. This is just as good as any other bluetooth headset. The volume buttons are pretty inconvenient to locate and change when you need to adjust.

I HAVEN'T FOUND BETTER!!!
This is my 4th set of JLab headsets. One set is the JLab JBuds Work trucker's style which you can remove an ear cup. The other 2 were JLab Go Work which I like best. I broke the first set. The second set started giving me background sound where I could hear my surroundings. I must have changed something by hitting the button too many times. Couldn't figure out how to change it back so I bought the Gen2 set. I don't understand other reviews regarding comfort. I'm a Dispatcher and the only time I'm not wearing them is in the shower or to bed! I wear them at least 14 hours a day! They're soft and adjustable on my ears. A simple little tweak always does the trick! I've told everyone in trucking that I know about these! These rival any of the expensive headsets the truckers use! I love'em! The battery last a long time and now the Gen2 is even longer than the first! Update: I did figure out what I did to the headset. I had hit the button too many times and had set them to hear outside as well. They are finally giving out though. They will work fine for a while and then cut out. No one can hear me but I can hear them. So continued use from 2023 to 2026 at $40, that's a good deal in anyone's book! I Love'em!!! IMO there's none better for Driver's, Dispatcher's, CSR's, connect to your phone, laptop, desktop, gamer console and so much more! Plus, you can listen to your music and it's not bad for that either. They aren't made to get the most from music or movies but for all day wear, I haven't found better! Update 06/02/26: Well I'm on my 5th set now. I broke the boom mic; snapped it like a toothpick! I'm so frustrated with myself. I just couldn't stop myself! Anyway...I saw where this is a frequently returned item. For the life of me, I do not understand why! For the price, there is absolutely nothing better on the market! Multipoint connections, long battery life, kills background noise, absolutely fantastic for office work, while driving or watching a movie or listening to music! Why would you return it unless it just doesn't work? I've not had that experience! I love the Gen2 and I'll buy it as long as it's available. I saw they have a Gen3 out now so I'd better get me a bulk deal on the Gen2 then I'll try the new one! Hahahaha!

Great and comfy headset
I picked this up for the telehealth visits I have with my doctors, as well as doing some video journaling. I don't have a USB C connector on my computer, and I was struggling with connecting via Bluetooth (user error, NOT error on the part of the headset *lol*), so I picked up some USB C - USB A adaptors and plugged it in to one of my USB-A ports. Very clear audio and the sound quality is great.

Great remote work headphones for price
I got a Jabra Evolve 65 at first because I co-work and had background noise from people talking but returned it because it was pricey. Got this one for work and I tested it with Teams and it doesn't really pick up background noise of people talking next to you, and the price is a fraction! The wireless is great for moving around. The ear part does hurt if I use it for lengthy periods but if I'm not talking, I'll switch to a more comfortable pair of old school ear pods. But it was so great I got another for home!

A Capable Tool Betrayed by a Bafflingly Insane Software Choice
Dateline: The Digital Purgatory of Back-to-Back-to-Back Meetings. The modern workplace is a virtual chain gang. A relentless, soul-grinding parade of video calls where you are tethered to your desk by a thin, black wire. My last high-end headset was one such leash. I needed to be free. To pace. To get a drink without my head being yanked back by a taut cord. But the market for wireless headsets is a jungle of wallet-flaying "enterprise solutions" costing hundreds. I just needed a tool, not a new financial burden. And so, the JLab Go Work Gen 2. The price was a beacon of sanity. For this modest sum, you get a surprisingly solid piece of hardware. It's comfortable. The fit is good. The battery life is not just "good," it's eternal. It just sips power, running for days. And the physical mute button is a glorious, tactile gift—a simple, effective way to cut your feed to the digital noise machine. It works flawlessly with the unholy trinity of corporate comms: Teams, Slack, and Meet. For the price, this thing is a champion. But you know there's a catch. There's always a catch in this digital age. And here, it is the software. I am on a Mac, a company-issued laptop. I wanted to tweak the settings. But JLab, in a fit of what can only be described as profound corporate madness, has no Mac app. No. Instead, they demand you download the iPhone app. An app not even designed for a Mac, just a clunky, ported-over piece of phone software. But the true genius of this terrible decision is this: the app only works over Bluetooth. If you are using the high-speed, stable 2.4Ghz USB dongle—the very thing you want to use for reliable meetings—the software will not see the headset. It renders all customization completely impossible. What manner of logic is this? Who, in the name of all that is holy, is sitting in six hours of corporate meetings on their iPhone? The tool is built for the laptop, but the brain is trapped on the phone. It is a baffling, idiotic, and utterly infuriating design flaw. Now, is the sound quality going to transport you to a concert hall? No. It's a bit thin. It's a noticeable step down from a high-end, three-figure device. But it is perfectly, absolutely fine for the human voice. It's a work tool, not an audiophile's dream. The verdict? For the money, this headset is decent value. It does the core

Good wireless headset for work
Clear sound with no lag. Mute button does not work for Zoom so you need to unmute in app too, but works fine in Teams. Battery is good for a full workdays usage on a single charge.

Very comfortable
These wireless headsets are just what I was looking for. They do the job similar to Jabra, except that Jabra also has a dedicated answer button. They are way more comfortable than Jabra, even after a full day of service. I highly recommend these headsets.
