I bought this book for a family member who has lymph cancer to help describe and show the lymph drainage system and how to massage it to keep the lymph fluid moving.

Easy to follow. I have tried the techniques on a friend in need of treatment and seen positive results

I give this book a four... the pictures are nice with detailed instructions... However, A DVD should accompany this text for clear instructions on how to perform the techniques that is in the book.
