So far so good! I feed a couple of stray cats on our front porch every day and I started noticing a strong plasticky kind of smell outside and intensely in the empty food bowls when I would retrieve them to wash and put out fresh food. It doesn't smell particularly ammonia-y or musky, but it lingers like crazy, even after a scrubbing with dawn powerwash. It is clearly some kind of animal pee, but I don't believe it to be cat pee. We see possums, raccoons, and foxes around the house at night, so I'm thinking its one of them. In any event I needed something that would eliminate the smell on both the food bowls and the porch. I had a little bit of a pet urine cleaner spray left, which I used immediately. It didn't help on the food bowl, and I quickly ran out of it. Enter this product after a search and reading reviews. I like that this is concentrated, so the gallon will last a LONG time, a good value. I don't much care what the scent is, as long as it kills the marking scent. This legit smells like lemonade. Very light and pleasant. So much so I sort of wonder if it's just diluted lemon juice (half kidding!). After trying it on the food bowl it worked almost instantly. I'm letting it sit on the bowl in the sink for a while instead of immediately rinsing to give it time to work before I need the bowls again. I sprayed down the porch with it after the most recent marking and so far it's still smells like nothing out there. I am pleased! It will continue to use it routinely to keep the porch smelling fresh and to clean the bowls. Next up, we'll use it to clean the litter boxes inside and on the floor around them. So far so good! I can't speak to stain removal because I do not have carpet or stained items to try it on. Out indoor kitties do well keeping to their litter box and 80% of the house is hard floors. The bottle arrived safely with no leaks. The seal under the lid was intact. Because it is concentrated and in a gallon jug, I reused a 1 quart spray bottle, adding 1 oz of Bioda cleaner to roughly 31 oz of water. There are easy instructions on the jug for dilution which recommends 2-5 oz per gallon of water for floors. 4 oz to the gallon, or 1 oz to the quart, seemed an easy ratio to use.

This probiotic enzyme cleaner has been excellent for tackling pet odors and organic messes. It actually breaks down the source of the smell rather than just masking it, and the scent it leaves is fresh and mild. I've used it on carpet, upholstery, and hard floors with great results. A little goes a long way. A great multi-purpose cleaner to keep on hand.

I have a cat who has been spraying and has been using our clothes as a personal litter box. This stuff has gotten the smell out of all of our clothes, Great for laundry, I used it in our steam cleaner and it worked great, definitely worth the money!!

We’ve purchased this enzyme cleaner twice now, and it’s become a staple in our cleaning routine. It has a nice, clean scent without that strong chemical smell you get with a lot of pet cleaners. We don’t have carpet, so I haven’t personally tested it on pet stains, but I use it for mopping, wiping down walls, deodorizing pet bedding, and freshening up other soft surfaces. It does a great job of keeping the house smelling fresh and clean without being overpowering. Definitely a product I’ll keep buying!

It does a good job of cleaning up spills and removing stains. However, it doesn't stop cats going there again. Better than other products I've tried.

This is a great enzyme cleaner and deodorizer. We use it every day to clean the trashcan and the sinks, but also our new kitten decided to pee in our bed and this enzyme cleaner took care of the odor in one application saving a very expensive mattress and multiple layers of bedding. It has a fresh mild citrus smell I’m super sensitive to fragrances especially cheap synthetic ones. Biota doesn’t have any chemical smells I actually enjoy the fragrance it never bothers me.

I have multiple cats and I noticed their PetPivot litter boxes were stinky even after cleaning with bleach so I used the Bioda enzyme cleaner and was very impressed! I sprayed everything with a 50/50 mix of cleaner/water, let it sit for 15-30 min & then rinsed - no more smell!!!!! One box had to be treated 2 but it worked which is more than any other cleaner has done. Bioda will be a staple in my cleaning routine wherever there are bio smells!!!

The best cleaner for our childcare center. We've tried them all and this is better than them all. It has a pleasant scent and even cleans our diaper garbages very well. It is a great value and works on everything.
