This phone kept doing a man down alarm randomly, and it was loud! Even when I disabled it it kept turning itself back on. I bought this for my girlfriend as a phone she couldn't break, turns out it wasn't the best idea, because she thought it looked like a weapon, and kept getting looks(no joke, people thought it was a taser). It does work as a phone, but it is definitely not the best option, and it went for a bit where it would not even turn on at all, but then randomly decided to turn on. Eventually my girlfriend decided to just get a new phone. I would not buy again, plus the battery deteriorates pretty quickly.

poor setup, poor carrier compatability

Excellent device but I got it in February, ending May the phone die start to feel hot real hot after that never again can turn it on the return windows close in March 28th a month after my purchase, that meaning not return, no refund I waste my money, the seller want me to return the phone but nothing to do.

How to disable alarm it's keep notifying alarm after its stop or cancle it start to call people in my contacts I don't like that

Its a great phone just doesnt work in my service area sprint and At&T only cricket

This phone is not a 4G it is a two or three G it will not work with an AT&T or Verizon or several others spent 2 hours trying to get it to work at AT&T in it doesn't

Currently on T-mobile only 2G is being used since 3G has been taken down. There is a long pause before the phone could ring the remote end. No support for A&T Good for a WiFi phone. Strong volume as a speaker phone. I had a bit of trouble with the phone not ringing at times.
