You can do all over body or just the specific areas that you want. What I love about this is unlike regular massage chairs/pads this one gives the stretching and pressure where you need it. The air pressurized pillows squeeze and move your body allowing it to release tension. To put away simply unplug and roll up and attach the velcro.
