Nice and simple to install, just take the plastic cover off the shower head and attach the hose, then attach to the shower. Took about 40 seconds.The hose is standard length, but the end that goes into the shower head holder doesn't have much to hold it in place. Luckily it's OK with my shower head holder.Spray patterns are good, although spray seems a littl bit of a waste (will see when it comes to showering the dog), but overall the flow rate is good (and I live in a low pressure area).Only downside I see if that the flow is always completely vertical, there are no holes made at an angel to allow for a slightly greater circumferance of the spray, although I suspect this will actually be an advantage when it comes to limscale build up, which hopefully will be less.

I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed with this filtered shower head. Right out of the box, it's evident that this is a well-built piece of equipment. The 125 tiny nozzles really make a difference in water flow. Plus, the 1.5m hose is a nice touch for easy installation.The five levers for water intensity control are a game-changer. Even with just a little water flow, the pressure is fantastic. This is definitely going to be a money-saver in the long run, as it takes less water to create an immersive shower experience.The MIST spray setting is where this shower head truly shines. It's incredibly soothing and relaxing, especially when you direct it on your face. I've only been using it for a few days, but I can already feel a difference in the softness of my skin. The filtration system does a great job removing harmful substances and heavy metals.All in all, the price is reasonable for the quality you're getting. This filtered shower head is top-notch, easy to install, and an absolute joy to use, especially when you've got it on the 'mist' setting. Highly recommended!
