Be Salt and Light, not Darkness and Despair
Criticizing the band Bush is not something I enjoy doing. However, they are an alright band.I do sometimes question Gavin Rossdales focus on dyeing his hair, because this record shows he should focus more on songwriting..and not his clothes.Image is fine, but its what the music goes on inside it that counts. These songs are hollow bores. They are entertaining but the music is cold and miserable as usual.Bush, are always very one dimensional, they do good albums but their music always STAYS the same. And its depressing.Letting the Cables Sleep is a song that mixes electronics with a slow loud electric guitar and atmospherics. If you've heard one Bush album, you've heard them all.I hope in time Gavin Rossdale will accept Jesus as his guide, and write better music.

GREAT REMASTER! POOR ARTWORK!
This 2014 remaster of Bush's 3rd album will litrally blow the cobwebs off anything in the room. The sound is a 'booming' improvement on the original, and rightly so as audio technology has come a long way since those days. I listened to this LOUDLY through expensive headphones, and it made my veins flow!Big thumbs up to the boys for getting this remastered, along with the 1st and 2nd studio albums. A real quality job. Now, for the artwork. This REALLY lets these packages down. They are basically scanned and reprinted documents, but incredibly blurry, and you can see where the original booklets were folded during the scanning process. If you still own the original CD releases, then keep your booklets!
