This webcam stopped working less than 20 minutes after I got it plugged in. Even for those 20 minutes I couldn't say that the picture was actually usable. I ended up using an old smartphone as a webcam instead and it works like a charm. Don't waste the money or time, it's junk.I was expeditiously issued a refund for this product so I am updating to a three star review for good customer service.

Nice camera: good video and sound.USB cable is fat and its weight is higher than the camera itself. So it makes attaching the camera to a laptop or placing on a table quite difficult and inconvenient.

so far the mike works fine but the picture is a bit fuzzy.

Great web camera. Had no issues with it in conjunction with Skype.

Honestly this product shouldn’t even be worth $5. I will be returning it immediately. Image quality is terrible. Your video will come out with a strong red tint and the lens is incredibly zoomed in. Trust me this is not the “cheap webcam option”. Avoid at all costs.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED is what it said, even though this does not match the pictures. Do not waste your time. This is not as pictured. It is cheap plastic and not sleek as it appears. The seller DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURNS! 480p MAX video resolution,YUCK! Rough edges. You get less than you pay for!

The camera works after you plug it in, no installation necessary. But the image is low resolution and has a very red tint.
