Inexpensive, good for my lungs
Swanson has a good price on these, plus they clear up my lungs. Breathing is easier when I take four of these every day--two in AM and two in PM. I understand these convert to glutathione, which is a potent anti-oxidant.

Working well even with my sons sulfa allergy.
Was recommended by my sons family doctor to treat his issue with eating his nails down to base of his nail bed. Seems to be working after 1 week on. He does complain of small headaches which have decreased over time. One big question that everyone has is about Sulfa. My son has a HUGE sulfa allergy but since this is helping your body produce it (as explained by his doctor) the chance of having a reaction decreases. We have not seen any symptoms of reaction but will continue to monitor.

The capsules have no integrity!
Put this is some luggage and the capsules have no integrity. Many of them have broken leading the powder to get everywhere and its very bitter making taking them unpleasant to consume. I would find some other NAC I used this one as it was reasonably priced and did not have selenium of molybdenum. Would not recommend!

I these them away, and bought the real thing
This product has no effect. ( Unlike Integrative Therapeutics version of NAC, which works.)REAL NAC has an immediate, physical effect on my mucus production. this has none.Oh, and it made me smell sulphur wherever I went (aka: rotten eggs).

My doctor recommended it as an OTC supplement. Happy with it.

Didn't work for me
After reading some reviews about this helping with trichotillomania I decided to try it. It didn't work for me, but I guess it works for some.
