I am a 5'8 190 lb guy, somewhat fit (triathlon and some weight lifting, with a little extra!), usually wear Large shirts, and this fits me with room to spare. These packs are meant to be worn high on the back and not move much for running/ bouncing around. I immediately took it out for a 6 mile loop and will be using it again. Comes with a 1.5L hydration bladder. You want pockets? This thing's got pockets! Draw string, elastic, and zipper pockets. Just big enough for snacks, phones, wallet, keys, and keeps it close for limited movement. For the price, this is a good option to see if you like trail running!

This product is pretty good for the price, the only thing that bothered me about it was how small it was on my body. After a little adjusting and stuff I got it to fit pretty good, and I was able to move my arms around and stuff. When I used the straw it was leaking after I used it unless I blew the water back into the bladder, hopefully it’s just on mine. But I definitely use this on all my long runs. Again good product to have.

I was worried about it being bulky but this baddie is just everything. I love all the pockets and I can finally run w nothing in my hands which is so different to me. I do a lot of races w same day pick ups so the backpack portion is perfect to stowaway my goodies without having to run back to the car. Idky I waited so long to purchase one. Oh yeah bc I heard they were mad expensive and finally an epiphany. Check Amazon. Should’ve invested in stock years ago. 12/10 highly recommended. I do have a lighter vest for just my phone keys and a gel pack for my shorter runs.

I'm 5'10" 205lbs. athletic build. This was difficult to fit around my chest.

I used this for the first time on a 45 mile run/hike. It worked amazingly! For the price I can't imagine there are better products like this. I would recommend.

Use this bag pack when I have long running… is the best for me… I can pack my gel on the sides of the backpack, and have good hydration. I run 50 to 60 miles per week. 1 day per week I do my longest run and I use this great backpack, have some sugar problems and help to get everything I need 👍

This was made for a small person. I’m a well built bigger guy, and this thing looked like it was made for a child. It was returned. If you are a women or a small man…then you should be fine. Manly men need not bother.

This bag is amazing and the cost is so affordable compared to alot if bags, so many pockets! The straps are awesome great spacing and hold bag secure and comfortable. Waterbottles and bladder also great quality
