I find these very useful when rolling out icing but I think the bands that go on the edge of the rollers would work equally as well - depends what you want to roll out really, and how big that is.

Useful purchase
Very useful for getting marzipan and icing of an even thickness, would have liked them to be slightly longer as I was making a christening cake but will be great at Christmas time.

I use these all the time - thick ones for cookie pops, medium for fondant covering cakes and thin for fondant covering cookies. Just wish they were longer... but otherwise very good.

Brilliant!
How did I ever manage without them? They make my cakes look so much more professional, especially the fondant cut outs. Longer would be good but apart from that, perfect!

The only problem I have with these is that I would love them to be longer and also a 2.0mm and 1.5mm version as well.
