This is a handmade vintage classic style plant hanger. Most hangers out there today are made of synthetic fiber. This hanger is made of Natural Jute cord that is 5 ply meaning the cord has 5 cords wrapped inside. This gives the hanger exceptional strength for holding larger plants. Hangers that I created 30 years ago are still hanging in my family's homes. I kept the look simple to give it that old school feel. If you remember your mother or grandmother having these when you were younger, I use the exact same material that was used then to make the planters.
