Misleading
The baby monitor is good and useful but the description is misleading. I have been looking for a camera to keep an eye on the cats in my rescue, so needed it to be battery powered or water proof. It says battery by power source but it actually has to be connected to power at all times. My camera came with a none uk plug so had to purchase a converter. The picture isnt the best quality but is fair. It has quite a long delay between moving the camera and it moving on the screen. Not the best camera but does the job

I submitted to review this product at a discount in exchange for an open and honest review. Unfortunately, the discount code provided didn't work so I was unable to procure the item. However, I did communicate with the seller about the problem with the discount code. Andy Chen from Gynoii responded promptly and courteously and offered a new discount code. By then I had found another camera to buy and told Andy the same. He responded right back apologizing again for the problems I had had and offering help and support for future orders should I wish to review again. I think this level of customer service should be recognized and, as promised to him, I offered to provide some positive feedback.Only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars, is that I couldn't, actually, review the camera!
