Does exactly what it should: crisper shifts
Significantly improved shifter feel. Slightly increased interior noise, but my wife didn't notice, so it's obviously quite mild. Install took about 45 minutes from starting the car to put it on ramps to driving it back off. The only tricky parts were fitting my hands past the exhaust and driveshaft, and getting the rubber bushing and brake lined up together once up in the tunnel.Very good upgrade for the price.

More precise higher rev shifting.
This part made an immediate impact during higher rev shifting. I think I've only missed one since installation. Initial notchiness in the shifter fades over time, but still more precise feel into gear than factory. Shop installed for $60. Thank you.
