solved crisis at reasonable cost
inexpensive external drive prevented big headaches when built in cd/dvd drive died. plugged it in and off we went.

Horribly slow.
Horrible. Really really really slow. Didn't get to use it much. But when I do, it is very frustrating. Slow. And many customers and dvds did not run. They are old, but run fine in other players. Does not burn properly, video skips. Unfortunately my return window closed 3 days ago. All around disappointed.
