**Q: I may be a compelete noob but the wiring scheme doesn't look like T568B?**
A: The wiring scheme is the same as the T568B. You just have to arrange the colors scheme per connection type.  Thanks for your answer.

Absolute crap.  I'm getting less than 50% working terminations with these. Not worth the hassle.  Just get a punch down type.  Now I'm stuck buying that kind anyway and redoing all of these - not confident the working ones will continue to work.

A little difficult to work with and get the wires seated properly.  In hindsight, I would probably buy the conventional jack and tool kit with punch-down tool and holder next time.  Just seems like it would be easier.
