I have had this on pretty much since I bought it I have it outside in a cat house for my pets during winter it is solid and durable I have had no issues with it at all even when temperatures dipped below 0 this kept the cat house warm the cover is a bit thin not very soft but easily fixable with a small blanket I do not have to worry about it randomly shutting off and I know my pet has a safe warm spot of they are outside I definitely reccomend!

Must sing the praises of the cord design; it doesn't get caught under my glass storm door, which I had not even thought could become an issue of the past. The outlet is close to the door so it always would get stuck under the door, a real nuisance. The slimmer design resolves the issue. Everytime I open the door, I notice how that nagging problem is no more. The thermostat on the models is an improvement, and it's working fine after several weeks, though the L01-L06 setting I find confusing. I just make sure its on 24/day so the cat is warm in the morning till I feed him. If it warms up, I unplug or turn off till the evening.

I was hoping to use it with a timer to turn on & off daily, unattended. The built-in timer is a countdown type, shutting off after a specified number of hours. Powering the unit back on does not start heating the pad. Must press ON button each time. Otherwise seems like an excellent pad.

I LOVE this heating pad, but more importantly, my 2 cats love them. I bought 2 and put them on top of their towers (they have large top shelves) and they love it. The temperature is perfect... not too hot like some of them, so the cats don’t overheat. I do let it hang over the side just a bit so the cats can choose to leave half their body off if they feel too warm. I especially like that since they don’t get super hot, I can leave them on 24/7

I bought this for the neighborhood cat that likes to sleep in my garage. It is warm but not hot. She sleeps on it every night and on cold days. I’ve had it since early November and it is still working fine.

The item was missing a fleece. According to package you should not use heat pad without the fleece. So I wasted my money.

I purchased 3 different types of heating pads and this is the best one. I love it so far. Puts off alot of heat and is very durable. My cats love it. Highly recommend
