Purchased during the COVID-19 emergency because of toilet paper hoarding, this seat works as advertised. The fact that it is only using the cold waterline as a source is not a problem in using it for men. (Untested for women.) Making sure it doesn't leak is a little touchy. The water line has 2 different ends, one with a 90 degree curve the other without: make sure you use the 90 on the seat and the other on the source. Besides that, the rim itself is a little narrower than desired, and not contoured exactly as I might like: but at the price, it is very functional.

The media could not be loaded.  Very satisfied other this product. Very slick, sturdy and modern design. Looks and feels better the original installed by builder.

The bidet works great, but it requires me to wiggle on the seat to reach all areas that need cleaning because the stream is narrow. I know, TMI, but I have to be honest. :-)

I've tried out several bidet attachments and this one is my favorite so far. It's sleek, easy to install, and most importantly, easy to clean. The problem I've had with others in the past is having to take the whole thing apart just to clean around the actual toilet - under the seat and bidet. This one is one piece and the mounting is so flush a simple wipe with a clorox wipe is generally all that's needed. The actual functionality of the bidet is great too. I like the knob on the side to activate and the pressure from the spout is spot on. The whole thing is very low profile too, you barely know it's there.

Once installed, this does make the bathroom look nice, but reduces the opening to aim at. The seat feels smaller than you oem seat, and the stream would need a lot of adjusting to. Beyond that, love the slow close and water pressure.

Kinda leans you forward and is uncomfortable. Bidet portion works great, but the ergo of the seat is just off.

looks great, the seat does make the elongated bowl more the size of a round bowl, but for me the seat is comfortable. Someone larger may find the seat a little small. The jet for ladies is perfect, and the rear is also. I am a happy user.

In the video of the product you have water connection to bidet from main water line and not from flush. When we received the item water connection to bidet was from flush tank. Had to return for that reason. We woul like to order 3 if you have water connection to bidet from main water line and not from flush.
