I've ordered these a few times to repair hoses that have sprung a leak and they always work great. They are way more affordable then having to buy a new hose every time. You will have to occasionally tighten the clamps on them but it's easily done with a screwdriver. They are good quality and have not rusted even with constant use and exposure to water. Good product and price!

I've tried the common "fits 5/8" and 3/4" hose connectors, and have never been able to get those to fit a true 5/8" hose. They're too large. These are specifically for a 5/8", and in my experience, fit just right. The hose clamps are the typical so-so imports and can jam, so it helps to make sure they're properly lined up before tightening. All in all, a good quick fix for a great price!

I live on a small hose farm. The one thing that I constantly have to do is to repair the many hoses we use. This kit of 3 male plus 3 female hose ends is very useful to me. I've already used one of the male ends to replace the end of one of my smaller hoses where I have to cut off the last 3 feet due to leaks. This particular hose had a smaller diameter than the hose end so I had to heat the hose to stretch it over the male fitting. The clamps that come with this then tightened down the hose over the fitting, and no more leaks.These aluminum fittings are strong and solid. I feel that they will survive one of my horses stepping on them, and I have a Clydesdale. The screw-clamp adds to the stability and longevity of these hose ends. I will get a lot of future use out of these.
